This is a regular each year, if you go to the top right see the search, click on www.gardenplansireland.com then enter Goji berries into search and you will get all the info posted here on Goji berries or look here.

Has anyone in Ireland ever had fruit from Goji berries?
I have never had more than flowers even though I grow a few plants in slightly different situations, poor soil full sun, good soil full sun, dry soil, wet soil, nothing working so far!

No and I've not had bloom either. My one is 2 years old. Its just gone mad this month with huge shoots, thats why I asked when is the best time to prune. Its in my fruit cage so I can't allow it to take over.

Ours are planted a good few years, at least 5 years at a guess, they are easy to propagate. I wonder if they need really cold winters to fruit? We have had a couple of good summers, I even allowed a long branch to grow in the polytunnel door to see if the heat would help, but no it didn't
I don't really mind as I like to try lots of things. I had wondered if it was our cultivar that was poor.
