hi all, i have about 100 cuttings of cotoneaster dammeri which have all rooted and doing well in my coldframe. My concern is with winter coming how do i protect these cuttings so they are ready for planting in spring?

I think they will be grand over the winter, I also think im right in saying they wont be available for too long more in garden centres as they are becoming a weed. sorry for the bad news, 100% strike rate from cuttings should say it all |

That's great news. I hope they spread like wildfire as I want them to cover a steep slope about 100m long by 5m wide. I know I'll need more than 100 but that's all the cold frame would hold. |
