Have one of these steelteck sheds. Want to grow most definitely something evergreen with seasonal colourful flowers. Obviously will put some trellis up. Once again wind tolerance is important. Any ideas Question

Not evergreen but where wind is a big factor I would always opt for something close to our native Irish woodbine (Lonicera periclymenum).
You could perhaps team it with an evergreen climber of your choice.
