Hi,
I have a 250 metre slope down my drive for which after much investigations i have decided to cover it with periwinkle as the exsisting grass is to difficult to cut and looking for a low maintenance solution. Anyone with experinece of using periwinkle to cover large areas of ground? Want to keep the cost doww so if anyone can recommend a plug or seed supplier that would be great? Thinking once i get a few estblished then i can take cuttings or let the spread normally by pinning down the growth. As i say 250 metres by 5 metres high, so slope is large so need advice on best way to get it covered in periwinkle as fast as possible.
Thanks |

Is that meant to be 250 m * 5 m wide either side of the drive you meant and then times 2 so 2500 m2 to cover? That's a big area to cover. A lot of plugs/seed. _________________ “It’s my field.
