Can anyone tell me what these little black bugs are on my raspberries please?

And how to get rid of them please.

But I think it's black fly

Any one know how to get rid of them please

Sorry I cant (Wont) recommend an insecticide therefore I suggest soapy water regularly sprayed on the plant this breaks down the insects protective coat and it will die off or else you could purchase some Bacillus thuringiensis

With a red face I will tell you that the black things are little thorns on the raspberry stem.

My partner went to look and laughed at me a lot 😱😘😱😘

we all make mistakes, thats where the photo would have helped but you now know what to do if you get blackfly Embarassed
