I don't know about you but I'm fed up to the back teeth with the rain. All these people in UK are saying its so hot and their water butts are empty. Well in the last fortnight we've had 2 sunny days. Our grass was so long as we couldn't cut it as it was so wet. However we have managed to get it down even though it was wet. The slugs are rampant as its so wet. Rant over |

My garden and various planting in pots needed watering. The current rain has made my life easier. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are looking sunny. |

Within the last Hour all the "Heavens" opened up here in the N/W...it poured so heavy that the covered area of the Pergola was washed out such was the force of the Rain and Wind...Puddles appeared on the Pebbled Drive which I never saw before and as quickly it ceased...the Water Fountain has overflowed and there is not a sight or sound of any Birds...Weird... |

Not a drop in North Wexford today....just as well, as the World Sheep-shearing championships are on in Gorey. If anyone is interested the whole of Nationwide tomorrow at 7pm on RTE1 is about the event. |
