I think Shetland Black are available from Mr Middleton.
The only "black" ones I've grown were those deep purple ones supplied by Cream of the Crop to Superquinn.
Nice spuds, mad mash. |

yes, very susceptible to blight and the yields were not great last year - and I found the spuds small.

I was only going to grow them for curiosity, sure i have space and time ill let you know how it goes. |
