Not in my own garden. I've planted and cared for many in West Sussex, England. Fairly warm, highly alkaline conditions, with a good chance of exposure to sea winds. Go for it. They're tough, and beautiful. They also provide the rootstock for most grafted pears, so if a pear will grow, a quince will. "Vranja" is a reliable cultivar. |
