We made some crab apple and sage jelly a while ago, with no problems. We then came across a glut, so we made another six pints, using a variety of flavours; mint, cloves, rosemary etc. This batch didn't set quite right- it's a bit runny. Will it keep ok? We can't really reboil it, as each jar has different flavourings in it. Does anyone know a natty trick to set it further, now that it's in sterile jars?
