Yellowing leaves on beans tends to mean they've been hit by colder weather. Unless they appear to die completely they should go green again

could be caused by drought, Nitrogen or magnesium deficiency.

I agree with Michael. Give them a thorough soak, and 2 gallons of tomato feed, then hope for the best.
