I'm too old to do a headstand ( photos are upside down ) but at a guess, is the bottom one a Philadelphus ?
I'm tempted to suggest a type of Fuchsia for the red one, but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong there.

Top one is Phygelius, would guess philadelphus as bottom one too.

i agree with mountainey man.
if there is a strong scent from the bottom one its definitely philadelphus (mock orange blossom)
