Tree Identification please.

These is my miniature Forest grown over the last four years and all from seed.
Seven Trees in all.
I have been asking about and cannot get proper id for them. The only one I'm sure of is the Oak. (Very proud of that one.)
The other I'm pretty sure is a Sycamore but some people tell me it's a Maple?
Three others are the same. Beech?
And the two small ones with the pale leaves?
Any feedback much appreciated thanks.

Oh, and the mossy stuff I picked a small bunch of it in a local field and it spread really well and looks great. What's that called thanks.

the one in the centre of the top pic is sycamore, the one on the right is ash.

It's not a sycamore. It's Acer platanoides, or Norway Maple.
