I use a blade from one of my ornamental grasses (carex etc) to tie tall plants to bamboo stakes, or to help train climbers to trellises when tendrils can't reach. Abundant, strong, inconspicuous and organic! |

you can also use cordyline and Phormium when they are torn into strips. |
