I bought an Iceberg Rose today. Is the Iceberg Rose a Triploid Rose?If it is will it produce viable seed as I'm interested in growing a rose from seed?If the seeds won't be viable will it be viable if I cross pollinate it?Please answer all questions.I am interested in this because I might be cross-pollinating a Hybrid Tea Rose with my Iceberg Rose.A lot of replies and help would really be appreciated.

A triploid rose is a rose with one extra set of chromosomes in it. I hope this helped.
Yours Sincerely,
