My beatiful lawn has been invaded by crabgrass - having read several online suggestions on the best way to kill and prevent I would like to open it up for further suggestions you may have done in the past that work??

Thank you for the response, was hoping there would be a way of killing these without using Roundup as it leaves big yellow spots in the lawn until new grass has grown.
I do wonder if I were to keep my grass longer it would prevent weeds? Lawn was in great shape the first year but this year it is full if all types of weed. |

I'm a "Skinheader" when it comes to mowing the lawn and I do have a certain amount of Moss and Weeds but for the few Days between Mowing it looks "Golf Course" material and it pleases me...not everyones choice but then we're not all alike...
I did hear that leaving the Grass longer does help supress Weeds but your still going to have "some"...If there is a Golf Course nearby you could always chat up the "Greens Keeper" they are usually helpful enough and He/She may pass on a few tips... |

d50 croplink will kill all weeds but not the grasses. use in most golf course's |
