Hi
I love scented geraniums & have quite a few varieties however I have no luck with the apple variety. This is my second one and it has developed red/brown leaves. There are healthy looking leaves at the stem. I water it every few days in dry weather & its not sitting in water. Do I remove the brown leaves? Will I cut it back to the healthy leaves? Any advice on propagating, I have tried taking cuttings from the last apple geranium but they never came on.
Thank you in advance
S

One let it dry out between waterings
I would remove the brown leaves
Take cuttings below a leaf node in either March, June or September I kid you not
Leave cutting on window sill and allow to callous over for a day, Pot up into a mixture of 50/50 grit and peat moss cover with a clear plastic bag until they root and bobs your uncle.

Thanks Greengage for your reply
I removed the brown leaves & did a bit of deadheading & it's looking better already.
Am going to take lots of cuttings this month too!
