When working in the garden yesterday I inadvertently chopped two of the four vines of a nice Clematis I planted a month ago
So i decided to make the best of a bad lot and try to propagate them. I only had small white bin bags to hand so potted and covered the cuttings with those and put in a shady part of the greenhouse.
Every video I look on youtube though shows people using clear bags so I'm a bit concerned that the light getting through the white plastic won't be adequate for the cuttings.
Should I pop down to tesco and get some clear bags and change them over? |

I'd agree: for germination, no worries, but next time you are shopping, get some clear ones. |
