Hi
I have 2 bay trees, in 2 different locations, both growing in large pots. Both of them have different diseases. I am looking for help identifying the diseases & treating them. They leaves are not used for cooking. I have attached some photos.

wind scorch and sooty mould
Wind scorch move trees out of the wind as its dessicating the leaves
Sooty mould a mould that grows on the sugary secretions (x) of aphids) spray with soapy water (Fairy Liquid) works best but im not advertising that brand,

These bay trees have been much higher maintenance than I thought!
