I recently potted up a few roses & they had been doing well now the leaves at a bit discolloured & the lower shoots are dying. Any idea what the problem is?

Looking at the pictures it seems ok to me but yelowing can be caused by a number of factors usuallly leaves lower down will turn yellow or brown and fall off this is natural other problems could be over or under watering. Most roses like a soil PH of 6.5 so if its low increase it. it could be over or under fertilizing if it flowers well keep it well fertilized. If it has too many stems it may need pruning to encourage flowering. Make sure it is not planted too deep or the roots are not exposed.
The yellow leaves on your could be caused by stress due to re-poting.so give it a little time to settle down.
