Has anyone Googled "Honey and Cinnamon" My Daughter put me on to it after treating her teenage daughters spots on her face, gone in four days! Everything to do with the body can be treated with different mixes of above. Give it a read, its good, and as my dear ol gran used to say, The old cures were better and a bloody lot less expensive! (The above mix was- a spoon of honey to a spoon of cinnamon) mixed together and dabbed on with a cotton bud, left as long as possible and renewed each day. Please don"t go to bed with same on, or Mammy will give you lots of new spots in the morning! I don" sell honey, and I don"t sell Cinnamon, And I don"t stand over anything I"ve just written! If it helps you in any way, then I"m glad I passed it on. (Not Google in this forum, its on the net) |

If you have a cold/flu, honey and cinnamon in boiled water each morning will leave you 'boosted' and full of 'fight'. Well worth a try. |
