We've just had a New bathroom installed and looking at some of the stuff we are throwing out I can't help but think they could be used in thgarden.
The glass shower panel could be used for the topof a potential cold frame?Excess ceramic tiles could be stuck to my grey concrete raised bed to brighten them up?That kind of thing. Is this pie in the sky and am I overlooking any later problems with this or would it be okay?Or indeed, have any of you tried something similar and have any tips to pass on?
Many thanks. |

you could use the bath as a boggarden or dipping pool, glass can be used for coldframe and spare piping is always handy. one persons junk is anothers treasure |

i was all for keeping our old bath but the family were not keen, i can understand them though as our gardens not the biggest so not really anywhere for it to go. i'd have loved to have had it for my strawberries, i thought it would have looked very interesting |

Ha ha, yeah that would have been worth seeing!Definitely going to use the old glass shower screen for a cold frame in the coming weeks and then even as a way of generating a bit of extra heat/shelter during the summer.
Would love to mosaic something but know nothing about it so intend to read up online. |
