Yeah! Civilisation comes at a cost. That message hasn't reached here yet so they're still free. _________________ A novice gardener on newly cultivated, stoney ground. |

Hey Blowin, we were planning out our trip to Limerick/Kerry/ Cork yesterday, places to go/things to do. Herself wants to go to Garinish Island in Glengarriff, is it worth the visit? _________________ “It’s my field. It’s my child. I nursed it. I nourished it. I saw to its every want. Never been there, Guv, but it's very popular. Ferry from Glengarriff.
Skibb Heritage Centre and Loch Hyne worth a stop, as is the Bamboo Park/Coffee stop on the approaches to Glengarriff (on the left).
Passports checked at Bandon. _________________ A novice gardener on newly cultivated, stoney ground. |

Ha, if I get stopped at any checkpoint I will be sectioned, court martialled, locked away and never seen again. Better to keep a low profile. _________________ “It’s my field. It’s my child. I got some more pallets recently from the local agricultural co-op. Some were a bit damaged but none of them were returnable. They were glad to get rid of them. They went in the boot of the car - capacious Skoda boots!
Garinish is well worth seeing. I was there many years ago, in the summer of '88 or '89 I think. |

Our local fruit and veg shop leaves them out on a certain corner of the footpath at least a couple of times a week for anyone to pick up. They are gone in no time! So it might be worth asking in small shops like that....they don't have space so glad to get rid |

A useful source for smaller palettes is tile shops. Because the product is so heavy the palettes tend to be smaller. |
