I just found some pink fir apple tubers I'd forgotten. They've chitted nicely. I've heard of people growing spuds in tunnels for a christmas crop. Are they worth chucking in a spud bag with compost in the tunnel, proceed as usual and hope for the best (my natural inclination!) or just chuck them? I'd be happy with a small crop, enough for a dinner.

Why not give it a shot you have nothing to lose, seen that you have the tunnel.
