late planting in the polytunnel

what sort of veg would be suitable for planting/sowing now in the polytunnel?
we have a patch with sweetpea run riot which has to be lifted, and another patch where we lifted the garlic, and a third patch which was just used for random storage. is there anything that could be put down now which would produce before the winter?
i sowed carrot seeds in another plot a fortnight ago; at least we should get baby carrots out of that with some luck.

I am thinking about this too. I was planning on some winter lettuces like Winter Gem, Dwarf French Beans, might chance florence fennel, sowed some early carrots last week.
