Hello all
I'm new to this site though I have been dipping in to it for ages. Just want to say hi to all the members. I'm sure I'll wreck your heads with silly questions before too long!!

We moved into our new home 3 years ago and have been using the " just moved in " excuse to justify the state of our grounds. Have now just finished groundworks and have grass!!!! Very excited about carving out a space of our own. Though I know it will take too much time, too much money, too much physical labour etc... And worth it all in the end hopefully

Hope everyone is finding a few precious moments in your gardens this summer despite the rain

Look forward to chatting to ye soon

Welcome MazBomb, good luck with the "new" garden. Judging by how quiet the site is these days, we are all waiting for a bit of good weather....

Good Luck MazBomb with the garden planning, it is so exciting starting out. You know each and every shrub gone in, then after a few years instead of wishing thing would grow, your are wishing thing would stop over growing!!

As for precious moments in the garden, I think I have spent the summer running in and out of the garden to get away from the rain, yesterday was dry and warmish, then rain then warm again. Umberella permanently on standby.
