As part of National Organic Week 2012, Mayo Organic Group are organising a number of events.

An Agrohomeopathy 1-day workshop, 10am to 4.30pm, at Dalton Hotel, Claremorris, with tutor Mark O'Sullivan. This will cost approximately euro40 - possibly a bit less.

On Wednesday 19th September, a series of 3 talks/workshops, at Turlough Museum, between 12noon & 3pm. Subjects are: Propagating by cuttings, Seed Saving, & Teaming with Life - soil science.

On Saturday & Sunday, 22nd & 23rd, there will be a number of open gardens & sites, with plant sales, refreshements & discussions on sustainable food supplies. Individual owners will be asking for donations for their chosen charities.

Please contact us on mayoorganic@gmail.com or devitohara06@gmail.com for further information or to book a place.

Its good to see how many people are now gardening organically. I think they have seen the many benefits that it can have, not only for their gardens, but also for them.
