Morning guys,
I was up at the allotment last night & bumbed into Roland on my plot, I've noticed a very neat hold burrowed under my Rhubarb but thought nothing of it for a while.
However, last night got me thinking. When I got the plot a year ago there was a half full compost bin that I don't use near to where my rhubarb is. Could it be possible that he's nesting in the bin & burrowing underneath my plot to surface at the rhubarb patch?
What's the best way to tackle this? Any ideas? |

Hi Charles. The same Roland has visited himself upon me during the course of the year.... and around and in the compost bin as well. I'm afraid I have resorted to poison in a plastic pipe near the compost bin. The pipe keeps the poison out of harms way and i laid the pipe where I saw his track. |

Hey Mayflower, I did get it sorted, I spoke to the owner of the land my plot is on & they looked after it.
I think it's sorted as I haven't seen Roland for a while & no sign of his tracks. |
