Can anyone tell me if used Tea bags are usable as fertiliser, either in Potted Plants, or indeed in an area Im planting early potatoes in. Someone suggested this. It would be another way of reducing waste. |

I find that the bags (Lyons) don't rot down, so I break them before adding to compost. The tea leaves are acidic, so if they don't go in the compost, I use them to mulch the blueberry bush. |
