seedaholic has to get a mention though for the excellent information they provide, and their website is one of main reference tools. they really make that extra bit of effort. i dont know how the others rate in price but i think seeadholic prices are quite reasonable too.
My pet hate is tearing open a packet not knowing the size of the seed and the seed is loose so it goes flying or gets stuck in the creases of the envelope. Large professional companies like Thompson and Morgan are guilty of this. Seeadholic always warns you before you open the bag. Its these little touches that make such a difference. |

I agree with all your comments, Seedaholic seem to have thought of everything. A great seed supplier to deal with. |

Do they, by any chance, provide photographs of young seedlings?
I've only come across seeds packets a couple of times where such photos are provided, but they can make a huge difference in identifying whether you've got a weed or a crop. |

No they don't, and it isn't an issue if you're just planting indoors in seed trays. A good tip outdoors is to sow in some kind of geometric shape or pattern rather than scattering randomly. Then it is easy to see if the seedlings are the ones you sowed.....and as they grow, these sowing patterns are not as obvious. |
