Ingredients:
- 1 kilo pears or peaches.
- 2 bottles of red wine.
- Orange juice (two oranges).
- 250 grams of sugar.
- A cinnamon stick.
- A bit of Cointreau.
Preparation:
- Pour the wine into an oven dish.
- Add the cinnamon, the sugar, the orange juice and the liqueur.
- Peel the pears or peaches and place them in the wine.
- Put them into the oven to cook for 45 minutes aprox. at 180 C/ 350 F.
Serve cold. |
