Ingredients:
- 4 leeks.
- 4 potatoes.
- 1 small carrot.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 2 tb. of olive oil.
- A pinch of salt.
- Water.
Preparation:
- Wash the leeks and cut the white part into small pieces.
- Peel the potatoes and the carrots, and cut them up.
- In a medium sized pan, bring the water to boil.
- Add the leeks and the carrots.
- Once the soup boils again, reduce the heat and cook slowly.
- Meanwhile, cut the garlic into very thin slices, fry it and add it.
- Once the leeks and carrots are half cooked, add the potatoes too. |
