Waterfall steps look brilliant but you'll need to pump a lot of water to make it look good.

A dribble is useless.

What wattage pump are you going to use?

hi ks.love to build the one in the photo .more photos of the job we are doing.knocked piers and used then to keep in the filling,also dug basin and put in plastic tank and grid Very Happy ponddigger Very Happy

Why didn't you keep it the way it was and let the water run down the existing steps?

It would have been a nice surprise feature for people approaching from either side.

(That's assuming the steps were level.)

hi ks.the owners did not like the concrete steps in their garden,so they asked me to build a pondless waterfall.here is a photo of one they saw Very Happy ponddigger Very Happy

I agree with kindredspirit, it would have been nice to have seen the steps as a waterfall, I am fed up with "pondless waterfalls" Laughing

I have an old water pump one that the council used own but I have it 20 years and have moved it numerous times now behind shed in storage, theres as much under grouns as above and was wondering about cutting some of the base off but what would cut it a Blowtorch? but it is too heavy to move around. Any ideas
