Very interesting, thanks for the link.
An incredibly over-manicured set of gardens with seemingly little or no colour, apart from the orchids and many shades of green, of course. Immaculately kept but not really to my taste I'm afraid.

Your first link won't open for me, KS, but I went another route via YouTube. Overly manicured is right! Cluttered, too and personally I detest imitation animals as I'd much rather real ones!
Really, I'd have to see it, to judge as context is so important and I'd have to try to ignore my western-centric prejudices!

The first link is from 2011 and has probably been taken down.

Nong Nooch wouldn't be my cup of tea but it's certainly up there among the world's top gardens though.

I'd put Mount Stewart among the top gardens in the world although I'm not qualified to say that because I haven't seen the rest. Sad

Im sorry to say I've yet to visit Mount Stewart! A case of unfamiliarity leading to contempt, perhaps. It's on my list for this summer, though.
