Hope you enjoy the forum.
Have you a connection to Kiwis or Ozzies? |
Hi there Kindredspirit...
Somehow everyone asks me that but nope, no connection at all. My User name comes from wonderful memories of South Africa where I used to live with my hubby and daughter. The road was called Anzac Road and it was Nr. 11, so I use it kind of to remember the happy past. Good times now as well but that was special. Thanks for the welcome, already looking forward to you nice peeps.

Welcome Anzac, always good to meet a newcomer.
Tie your new baby down securely ! By the sounds of things we'll be having very wild weather over the next couple of days.

Hallo Sive...thanks for the welcome. You're so right... keep on checking if it's still there. Wind is blowing like crazy and I've not yet dug the tench for the ground flap, but have it weighed down quite well with various heavy objects and paving slabs. Had to place a long plank across the front and weigh that down this afternoon as the wind was 'ballooning' the PT and the force of it pulled the zippers open a bit. Now it looks like it's holding. Phew
