I noticed my pea plants had gone pale - it appears to be powdery mildew and has affected all of the foliage.
Should the entire crop be harvested and the foliage be disposed of or is it alright to leave them in-situ and harvest when needed?
Thanks in advance. |

Hi Yorky,
Once powdery mildew gets hold it can spread, so i would harvest all the peas now and freeze them. it could also be grey mould which is a furry grey fungal growth on foliage which tends to also discolour and die. Burn all affected foliage to avoid spread. Hope this helps. |
