Looks like it's been poisoned or parched. Don't like that Jeyes fluid bottle near it. And really there seems to be a lot of junk around it. Is it actually planted in that sideways pot? If so you did two things wrong. You should have buried the pot up to its neck. You also should have watered it every second or third morning.

thanks alot its planted in ceramic pot the jays fluid and other junk was only put ther while i put a new patio in.Is ther anything i can do
