Hi all, I planted several hardwood rose cuttings last autumn. I notice that some have produced flower buds. Just wonder should I cut these off in the hope that the plant will put more energy into growing stronger and bigger itself. _________________ Is ar scáth a chéile a mairimid |

My own view is to leave them alone until Nov' then cut back as per norm', come March17th 2012 cut back again and treat as any other Rose.I did that with mine several years ago and they are amongst my finest. |
