Hi, my Courgettes seem to have a bad dose of white mould on the leaves. It seems to affect 2-3 leaves on each plant. The fruit seems to be fine. I grew the Courgettes from seed, had them in the sun room for a while and then transplanted early May. I haven't used any chemicals or feeds. Does anyone know what I should do? Do I need to destroy them or are the fruits safe to eat? Would appreciate any advice. _________________ Garden Hoe. |

Probably powdery mildew. A pretty benign disease for courgettes. |

Don't worry about it. All mine get this every year. It doesn't affect the fruit. Keep eating while the fruit is young. Don't let them grow >20cm. For a Med veg they grow surprisingly well in NWEurope. They like the rain. |
