Conditions favouring the spread of potato blight will develop over south Munster and south Leinster later Monday and continue through Tuesday.
There will be some opportunities for spraying on Sunday.

Weather conducive to the spread of Potato Blight will develop later today and will persist over the weekend. There'll be opportunities for spraying in Leinster and Ulster this morning.

Feels (so cold) and reads like this is not relevant to Dublin now:
Weather conducive to the spread of Potato Blight will persist over the weekend in south Munster, Connacht and west Ulster.
