Just got this:

Hi, I really need to find a flowering specimen of Cyperus papyrus (Egyptian Papyrus plant) to do a painting commission. Is there anyone who knows of this growing in someone's greenhouse/conservatory/pond here in Ireland? It needs a warm aquatic environment. It can be easily confused with Cyperus alternifolius (Umbrella Sedge) which all they have growing in Glasnevin at the moment. Please help!!:-S

Any ideas please?

Hi Polly, I submitted the initial message about Cyperus papyrus on another site and Inishindie posted it here. Thanks to both of you for trying to help. I'll keep looking...
