hi wayne
The most important element that you need to grow crops is sunlight and while you would have heat and nutrients the sunlight would be absent. You can extend the growing season in Spring by a month and in the Autumn by a further month by having a glasshouse or plastic tunnel.

Artificial light is not capable of producing the range of light that sunlight gives so that photosynthesis (the production of sugars from Carbon Dioxide and water in the presence of sunlight) takes place. Temperature alone is not the issue.
