Bummer. But would they still not be usable? I read you can chop them and freeze them. Then just dump them in frozen to whatever you are cooking. I'm going to do that with my over-wintered onions as a way of storing them.

The allotment looks fantastic. Even the Rhubarb, I remember last year you were worried about it and now look what happeded, a fantastic crop.

Peas... so easy to grow and once you keep picking them you get loads. Still have some in the freezer.
