New strawberry bed planted back in April 2011 - the plants are establishing really well I think. They are getting really thick.

Onions are going really well. A lot of the red onion have bolted but only one white onion bolted. They are starting to swell out nicely too.

Broadbeans are going at full steam now. I checked them last night and they are over a foot taller than in this pic take a couple of weeks ago.

First earlies, bit of a lost cause. They haven't grown well. I've been reliablely informed by a neighbour that they are lacking fertiliser because the ground is not so good. Hopefully there will be a few spuds for a dinner underneath them somewhere.

looks excellent...very impressive. really like the swede net setup..i was thinking about making something like that..im starting to see loads of insect damage on my brassicas.. your strawberries are amazing..im sorry i didn't give them another try this year. have to do with sower rasberries! i see what you mean about the shallots rounding up..mine are quite flat sided..i thought that was normal..keep the pics coming! im going tothe garden now with camera!!
