Has anyone else planted out sweet pea yet? I have been growing mine in the greenhouse but couldnt wait to plant it out and now I'm worrying.....is it too early?

Last frosts in northern ireland could be beginning of may, so it depends if you want to risk them or not.

Thanks - I have held some back in the greenhouse so if jack frost bites I have something to fall back on. Thanks for the advice hope you are enjoying this good weather.

I planted out the peas yesterday and I am planting out the Sweet Peas to-day. They have been hardened off and they are fairly good to withstand a slight frost.

I hardened off my sweep pea last week and I have them planted out since Sunday where they are loving the sun. I am hardening off my summer bedding at the moment and hope to plant them on the May bank holiday.
