Can anyone tell me whether I should pull these. We had our garden landscaped last year and I thought the guys put these in.
They seem to be self seeding and look a bit scruffy. Slugs eating them as well.

Are these not dock leaves ? Or am I mistaken.....? If they have long off-white tap-roots they must be docks, and I would carefully dig them all up.

Yes they were indeed docks. Ashamed I didn't remember from my childhood of falling into nettle patches.
The soil supplied to me was not the quality it should have been.

Thanks
