What do you think about that? Sounds very interesting but how challenging! No sugar, no rice... No processed food (hurray!). No chocolate ;((( or is it???
Any ideas on how to source your Irish-only food for a week?

cadbury's is made in coolock. use honey instead of sugar. worth a go but you would have to plan it well |

It has to be made using only Irish products. Cadbury contains sugar, cocoa etc and these are not from Ireland. That's the idea!
It is hard but apparently possible as the guy IS doing that.
I'm waiting for him to put some recipes on his blog. |
