Just planted 2 weeks ago young cabbage plants and similar with lettuce, lettuce has completely disappeared while the cabbage plants are being slowly eating. Any ideas on what could be attacking them this early in the season and is there anything I can do to protect them? Sprouts don't seem too bad at the moment but maybe they will be next on the menu. |

Your cabbages and lettuce are being eaten by slugs there are may solutions but the one that has worked for me is by putting seaweed around the base of each plant. The slugs don't like seaweed. Hope this is of some help. |
