Some crocus, tulip and anemone bulbs sprouted foliage but no flowers this year.
Does this eman the bulbs are spent and should be discarded or is it worth lifting them and replanting in September? If so when should they be lifted? |

either leave the bulbs in the ground or lift them in late June /July and plant again in Autumn. The bulbs need to be grown and fed well without cutting off the foliage while it is still green. If bulbs are overcrowded they will not flower,
Check these first before discarding the bulbs.
