what animal hatches from yellow eggs up to about 3 or 4mm in diameter? i found a fair few yesterday when emptying pots from last year to replenish the soil in them?
also, what comes from smaller eggs - about 1-2mm in diameter, white and translucent? |

the small white translucent eggs are almost certainly slugs and possibly snails. I don't know what the yellow ones are.

I used to find quite a few yellow small eggs in pots that i grew lillies in, they almost look like some of the little fertiliser grains that you get when buying shop bought plants, as far as i could tell they were vine weevil eggs, and i usually had to get rid of most of the soil from the pots when i found them.
or sort through it and remove as many as i could
