For hedonists who love mushrooms and fungi, simple fried mushrooms on toast etc. can be made even more warming if you add a large teaspoonfull of marmite to the butter/olive oil 3-4 munites befor the mushrooms finish frying. The marmite should not be burnt, but well cooked in an even brown layer on the outside. :D
